On Friday, March 20, 2015 (Vernal Equinox) one of the universe’s most beautiful and awe inspiring events will take place over the skies of Europe; a solar eclipse.  Tough toted as a total solar eclipse (and it is) very few will be able to see totality because of its remote path of travel in the arctic, above Europe and out over the North Pole.  I believe that only the Faroe Islands and Svalbard will be the only locations that totality crosses land so if you’re not on a planned venture to those islands or to that region via ship or plane, totality will evade you.
